Wolfgang Windel has been with NOVA Polishing since 2024. He brings over three decades of experience in tooling and surface processing, beginning with a toolmaker apprenticeship at Schnieder in Herford. He subsequently specialised in polishing technology, with operational responsibility at Göding und Partner and Eifeler Politec GmbH. His focus is tool refurbishment, polishing and surface processing, the work that brings customers to Enger. For Enger, this primarily means continuity: the same contacts and processes remain, alongside access to Team Nova’s other steps, from polishing and plasma nitriding to PVD coating without handing the tool over elsewhere.
