Following training at NOVA Coating Nord and West, the Indian team continued at the South site, focusing on shank tools and maintenance. The three-week programme prepared colleagues for their work at the Indian site. Alongside technical exchanges, there were group visits to Munich, Neuschwanstein Castle and the Zollverein coal mine.
